Currently, the ministry is involved in training, equipping local Christians and leaders. The framework for our work in China is based on a Business as Missions (BAM) concept. You will be using your skills via the BAM model to help the church and reach out to the community.

We are looking for workers who will partner with us for a minimum period of 2 to 3 years to see God's kingdom expand. There are also short term opportunities available (click here for more information).

For our long term team members, we do require that a Discipleship Training School (DTS) is completed. The DTS is the entry level for anyone coming on staff with Youth with a Mission (YWAM).

If you have yet to complete a DTS, we recommend that you do a DTS at YWAM Hong Kong. It will help prepare you for your entry into China. If you are 35 and above, we recommend that you do a Crossroad DTS at Kona, Hawaii.
